ABOUT US

From Humble Beginnings to Global Excellence

Founded in 1999 by visionary entrepreneur Li Wei, Comwaytek Technologies began as a small mechanical parts workshop in the bustling industrial district of Shenzhen. With nothing but a relentless work ethic and a dream to innovate, Li Wei transformed his modest operation into a global manufacturing powerhouse. Today, Longxing Technologies stands as a symbol of precision, innovation, and cross-border collaboration, serving some of the world's most demanding industries.

The Early Years: Building the Foundation (1999-2005)

At just 25 years old, Li Wei recognized the growing demand for high-quality mechanical components in China’s rapidly industrializing economy. Starting with a team of just five skilled workers, Longxing initially specialized in precision gears, hydraulic components, and custom machined parts for local manufacturers. Despite fierce competition, the company earned a reputation for uncompromising quality and on-time delivery, quickly expanding its client base across Guangdong province.

By 2003, Longxing had invested in CNC machining and automated production lines, allowing it to compete with larger state-owned enterprises. This technological leap marked the company’s first major milestone, proving that a privately owned Chinese firm could rival established industrial players.

The Shift to Electronics: A Bold Transformation (2006-2012)

As China emerged as the world’s electronics manufacturing hub, Li Wei foresaw the decline of purely mechanical industries. In 2006, Longxing made a strategic pivot into electronic components, beginning with PCB assembly, connectors, and power supply units. This shift required massive retraining of staff and partnerships with Japanese and South Korean firms to acquire advanced surface-mount technology (SMT).

By 2010, Longxing had secured contracts with major domestic appliance brands and began exporting to Southeast Asia. The company’s ability to integrate mechanical and electronic expertise set it apart, leading to its first international joint venture with a Canadian automotive electronics firm in 2011.

Global Expansion: Partnerships Across Continents (2013-2018)

Longxing’s reputation for high-mix, low-volume precision manufacturing attracted attention from Western corporations. Key milestones included:

  • 2014: Collaboration with a German industrial automation giant to produce servo motors and robotic arm components.

  • 2015: Establishment of a U.S. subsidiary in California to support North American clients in aerospace and medical devices.

  • 2017: Joint R&D center with a Japanese robotics company in Osaka, focusing on AI-driven inspection systems.

These partnerships cemented Longxing’s role as a bridge between Eastern manufacturing efficiency and Western engineering innovation.

Present Day: A Trusted Partner for American Brands (2019-Present)

Today, Longxing Technologies operates as a preferred contract manufacturer for Fortune 500 companies, specializing in:

  • Telecommunications hardware (5G基站组件, fiber-optic transceivers)

  • Medical devices (surgical robotics, diagnostic equipment)

  • Electric vehicle subsystems (BMS, charging ports)

  • Defense and aerospace (compliant with ITAR and EAR regulations)

With 3 state-of-the-art factories in Shenzhen, Suzhou, and Chongqing, Longxing combines lean production, ISO 13485/9001 certification, and a 25% annual R&D reinvestment rate to stay ahead. Over 40% of its revenue now comes from long-term American clients who rely on its IP-protected, cost-competitive solutions.

Our Philosophy: 匠心精神 ("Craftsman’s Spirit")

We believe manufacturing is an art. Every circuit board, every gear, and every automated system we produce carries our commitment to:

  • 精益生产 (Lean Manufacturing): Zero-defect tolerance, Six Sigma processes.

  • 创新 (Innovation): 200+ patents in modular design and energy efficiency.

  • 全球视野 (Global Vision): Multilingual engineering teams in 6 time zones.

The Future: Smart Factories and Sustainable Growth

By 2030, Longxing aims to achieve 100% renewable energy usage in its plants and launch a fully autonomous "Lights-Out" production line. We continue to invest in AI-driven QC, digital twins, and cross-border talent to redefine "Made in China."
